You can leave messages regarding any IMPACT questions or issues at the IMPACT office: 

An IMPACT representative will return your call within two business days. In your message, please be sure to state your name and phone number clearly. Please also indicate if you want us to leave a message if we reach voice mail or an answering machine, otherwise we will not leave a message, in order to protect your confidentiality. 

In the event that you have not heard from us in a timely fashion, it is most likely because we are calling when you are unavailable; in this event, please call us back and indicate times when you will be available to receive calls.
