 What is
​IMPACT



A 2-hour program held the last day of a Core Program to give people an opportunity to learn about IMPACT, support participants, and witness first-hand what they have learned.
Core
​Program

Our most intensive program, allowing individuals who identify as women (16+) to gain the most training in the shortest amount of time. A maximum of 15 participants ensures the highest level of training. 
IMPACT for Teens 
Ages 12 to 15

Learn  crucial skills for dealing with everyday life situations, as well as the most common safety concerns of girls, nonbinary, & LGBTQ youth and their parents.
​Advanced
Programs
Opportunities to review tools and strategies learned in the Core Program, add new  tools and strategies, and reconnect with IMPACT, 
Workshops
In addition to hosting self-defense workshops, IMPACT offers them to businesses, colleges, community centers, schools, and other organizations. Our workshops typically range from 1.5 to 5 hours; we can also customize to meet your organization's needs.
IMPACT:Ability
IMPACT:Ability is a program where people with disabilities learn to understand and prevent abuse. Through hands-on self-defense and self-advocacy training, participants learn self-protection strategies for situations that involve strangers and familiar people, including the reporting unsafe situations to trusted people .​
